This book was so good. I couldn’t put it down. It had me on edge the entire time I was reading. So many twists and turns, and I absolutely loved it.

I really enjoyed this book, it was an interesting read that kept me theorizing the whole time. I did not like that they killed the dog, that was upsetting. You definitely have to suspend some disbelief with this book a teenager solving two murders while having no self preservation skills whatsoever (who confronts not one but two murderers by themselves and not to mention a drug dealer), however I easily did that and that’s why I gave the book 4 stars. Overall it was a very enjoyable read and I will for sure be reading the sequels.

A great balance between a simple and complex thriller! The humor, the relationships and this mysterious small town add that little extra to the book. I think we don't have to argue that the plot was well down. And yes, as the reader you can solve something but the final twist will be a suprise. I really enjoyed our main characters and I get that if you don't like them, you won't rate this book a 5 star.
For me this was quite easy because all the boxes (characters, plot, writing, enjoyment) are ticked!

What. What. What. Just what. I've never felt so scrambled after reading a book before. What. Wow. Just wow. Given that it's not my genre, I never thought I would be this amazed and drawn in by a mystery murder thriller. But this. This. Woah.
