What a perfect book to read right after Black Hole, because this is the flip side - good writing but not my favorite art style. I don't like the photorealistic style in general, though I do think it was a smart choice for this book's subject matter and worked well with the sort of Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark-type demons haunting the pages. Good themes, good message, some of the dialogue and characterization fell kind of flat for me, but for sure worth a read, especially in October.
