Best friends to lovers with mutual pining? Just call me obsessed. Silas and Lola were incredible and their relationship progression was so wonderful to read about and overall felt so rewarding at the end, seeing how their bond developed over the years. I also loved how Lola helped Silas, similar to how Georgia helped Archer, to understand what had happened wasn't his fault and to stop blaming and torturing himself. Silas' development as a whole was beautiful as he came to terms with himself, his past and how he can better his future. Wow.

Slow Burn but so worth it. i love charity work. this book just like just one night will have place in my heart it put me in my feeling and i seriously love how they go from stranger to friends to lover. I feel like closes connection to lola. Im glad that it doesnt just pick up from Finn and Grace but from the start of their relationship. This story is the perfect end to the series and cant wait to see what else is in store. this 18+

This is Silas and Lola's story. This is the book I've been waiting for. These two have intrigued me through out this series and I couldn't wait to dive into this one. This was so worth the wait. I couldn't put it down. Lola and Silas start off as enemies, but soon they're best friends. Their banter is hilarious. The things they come up with had me laughing. Silas' back story hit me in the heart. There is heart and feels in this one along with plenty of emotion. Silas so deserves a HEA. They're the last of the gang to find their path. The epilogue of this one was everything a fan of this series would want. I had a huge smile on my face reading it. I can't recommend this one enough.

A great end to the series. I enjoyed Lola & Silas’ story.

Wow

I gotta say I was not on Lolas side for a hot minute

I loved her and Silas regardless

Can't wait for what's next

I am completely in love with this series and I was so excited to get my hands on Silas and Lola's story. When the opportunity came up to read an early copy of this gem I jumped on it.
I just knew after reading their story this would become my most favorite of the entire series.
Ms. Ferrell completely tugged at my heart strings with this one. I always say I can always tell how good a book is going to be when I have to just stop reading and just sit there holding my kindle and this was definitely one of those stories. I absolutely LOVE this book and I can not recommend it enough. I can not recommend this entire series enough! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Chaser was the first book (and still the only right now) I've read from Charity Ferrell, so I knew a little bit of these characters going in this book. What I didn't expect to read was the time line changing up, and I must say it was a welcome addition. We start the book when the two main characters meet instead of where the last book ended and I must say it gives way more information, insight and just an overall feeling of how these characters came to be friends. I loved that part of the book, back to the beginning. Then, we get into the here and now and the struggles both characters have with their feelings for each other and the books just keeps getting better with each chapter you read. Once I got 10% in, I was sold and flying through chapters, saying 'just one more', which obviously led to me reading far into the night. I. Was. Hooked. I'm sad to see these characters go, but I still have to read three more books in this series.
This book was an emotional rollercoaster, gut wrenching, angsty, but so lovable. I loved every single second of reading and I couldn't wish for a better end.

5/5 stars.

This has been one of my favorite series ever. Charity writes this series so beautifully and very well thought out where it is very interconnected but yet also a standalone. Much of each story takes place over the same period of time so it is really interesting to see things from a different character's POV. I have been dying for Silas and Lola’s story and it was just as amazing as I anticipated.

Silas and Lola have the absolute best “meet-cute”. The way their friendship starts is so unique and was so fun to experience. Lola is a strong willed woman who was hurt by her ex and determined to never let that happen again. Silas’ past haunts him and doesn’t allow him to let others into his heart. Together they are the most fun, they are always joking and having fun back and forth. His nicknames for her are name swapper and devil and it is just perfect for their relationship.

This was a torturous slow burn that had me screaming because I needed them to get together! Their chemistry was powerful and I love how Charity took the time to deepen their friendship before taking things further. Their relationship wasn’t based on sex and that’s what made it feel even more intense. They had bits and pieces here and there where things went further than friendship but it wasn’t until Silas let Lola know about his past that she was able to help him heal and they were able to start a relationship. I love how much Lola and her love and acceptance for Silas was able to piece back together this broken man.

I can’t even say enough about how much I have loved this series and how great this last book was. With this book you get to experience the past characters, along with the main characters, you get laughter and angst, and you get funny banter with serious heart breaking moments.

But sometimes , the last round means everything.

Fall in love with a duo that's more than a little rough around the edges, but proves themselves to be all heart in the end. Last Round carries a knockout punch that will leave a love hangover in it's wake. Ferrell is the best at turning women with attitude into addictive entertainment. Add in an alpha with a cocky attitude, tempting presence and endearing spirit and the stage is set for a "can't put down" read. The Twisted Fox series delivers potent, irresistible romance.

Lola and Silas's story is the one that I've been eager to get my hands on throughout the Twisted Fox series. That's due in large part to the fact that the glimpses I got of them had me curious. Now that I've satisfied said curiosity, I'm officially declaring these two my favorite Twisted Fox couple! They went from being strangers to acquaintances with shared ties who push each other's buttons to fake dating to real best friends; and then the journey from that point to becoming so much more was fraught with complications, no thanks to one of them--cough, Silas, cough--not being all the forthcoming about certain parts of his past. There are lighthearted moments, but there are also angsty ones in the book, but nothing dark or depressing. Having the other Twisted Fox couples and having them living out their happily-ever-afters was the icing on Last Round's five-starred cake.
