The Abundant Life is a funny, charming look at a family falling apart, and the desperate measures they are willing to go to try to keep their lives together. We meet some charismatic but possibly sinister characters as it delves into a fascinating world of evangelical hucksterism. At moments cynical, at moments sweet, it's enthralling from start to finish. Prepare to look like a weirdo as you laugh out loud reading it in public.
