i could talk about this book forever. i read it in one sitting which already says a lot about it. the biggest compliment i can give this book is the fact that i dont like romance novels, and i rated this one five stars. hooked me from the first page and i could not let myself put it down until i knew they were happy!!!! henry is my boyfriend

I love the audiobook version. This is so beautiful. It was funny, engaging, and to

see Henry get to let loose throughout the book was touching. I especially thought the romance and intimacy felt very real. Also, that museum scene and the thoughtful emails are now my standard for romance. And, the twist I saw coming, but the author dealt with the fallout in such an interesting way, that it didn't feel overdone.

. It was also excellent to get lost in a book where there was a female president who won the 2016 election.

There is homophobia expressed in this book, and there's real grief as a result of that. And yet, McQuiston handles it excellently. I don't believe it's a spoiler to say that it's hopeful, and very worth the parts that are a little hard to get through.
