Had never read such real and realised words on the practicality of creation as, in part, having the privilege to grow and nurture your instincts , and the systematic impracticality of women in the arts as a result. Really interesting idea too about androgyny in asserted creative prose.

Un ensayo que te hace reflexionar sobre la relación de las mujeres y la ficción, o más bien, la falta de ella (en aquella época). Muchas de las reflexiones son bastante evidentes, pero hay otras de las que realmente no eres consciente hasta que las lees. No es un lectura fácil (especialmente en inglés) pero es muy recomendable para darse cuenta de todo el camino que nuestras antepasadas han tenido que recorrer, tanto en el mundo de la literatura como en general, así como todo el que nos queda a día de hoy.
