I enjoy Ryan and Rebecca’s story. Rebecca is just as cool as the other ladies of the space series. Ryan was a great guy, and I really connected with him feeling ahead of others his age. I didn’t like the omitting of his age, but the calendar was super fun.

Since I read the second in the series I wanted to give the first a read even though the whole wanting a baby/family plot usually falls on my do not touch list.

I’ve read Space Junk already and wanted to get back to this series and start at the beginning. I loved Ryan, I loved all the shelter animal love, and Jules was such a good friend. What I didn’t like were the lack of communication between them why the age gap was such a big problem. She acted like he was 18 after she found out, not 28. I understand her struggles because of her past but she kept making these assumptions about Ryan, when they should have been talking about it.

Book Review: Space Age
Author: Sara L Hudson
Four Stars
This is a cute funny story about a fire fighter and a Doctor who works at NASA for the astronauts. How they met, how they fell for one another and all of the things that happened in between. Fun a quirky. The brainy and beautiful, strong doctor has caught the eye of one of the most handsome men of the local fire department.
Love how the free book links pop up on my facebook timeline. I always wonder what kind of gems I may find. This one was definately a good one.

Sweet, but a little boring. I wouldn't tell people not to read this one, but I don't think I'll be reading more of this series.

I actually didn't finish it. I stopped at 85%
Honestly, it reminded me a lot about Jessica and Mark from Love is Blind. Like constantly bringing up age as a conflict when it's clear they don't care that much about age, but more about their own insecurities. I just couldn't get invested in that and all the drama felt absurd.
