I loved the relationship between Gabriel and Michele. You can tell that they were really close siblings who looked out for each other. Gabriel losing his mother and his sister in such a short time also explains he doesn't want to lose someone else he cares about. I learnt that you should never forget the ones you love, and try to protect them from all harm at all times.

It was great to see the story of gab and michelé, but I wish this was from gab's pov. and I kinda got tired of the diary format(I know it was popular back then.. but still)
