My 3 year old absolutely loves this one! It's a silly story to show that things are not always as scary as they seem.

This book was cute -- about fear mongering. But the monsters gave Edie nightmares. Which is pretty silly, because they were cute and afraid of bubbles.

Cute story how the big, terrible monsters with sharp teeth and fangs are actually afraid of bubbles. All because one of them popped a bubble gum bubble on his face one day... well, he was a hairy monster! My favorite page is when the monster is popping bubble wrap!

Where does a bubble go when it pops? To the monster world, of course! There, word has been spreading of the dangers of these rouge bubbles. It’s up to the reader to encourage the monsters to be brave & face these scary orbs.

Another enjoyable book from Adam Rubin, who makes a repeat appearance with “Dragons Love Tacos” during our Zoom bedtime stories.

Adam Rubin's other books have been too quirky for me, but this one was the right kind of silly for me. I laughed out loud as a flipped through the pages watching the monster flip out over a bubble and slowly confront his fears. The illustrations really added to the story.
