For the first few chapters of this I wasn't sold. I obviously knew it was an enemies to lovers romance, but I was a little annoyed that right from the beginning Lucy's like, "I hate Joshua so much, I think about him literally 100% of the time and have memorized the colors of all of his shirts." It was a little cringe and very adolescent. I also didn't love that the book emphasized SO MUCH how small Lucy is.

In spite of a rocky start, after I got about 60 pages in I couldn't put it down. That sexual tension...I feel like someone could get pregnant just from reading this book. It's definitely steamy, but managed to avoid the kind of descriptions that personally gross me out. And I fell in love with both Josh and Lucy. On a day like today we can all use a ray of sunshine.

Absolutely loved the characters, especially Lucy. But it was a bit much, the rest- Deducted 1 star.

I thought I would say 4/5 stars because... somethings are just a little too predictable and romance usually isn’t my type. His painted his room the perfect color of her eyes? gag. not even half relatable. BUT then I realized I was so emerged in their little world that I read this book in a day. So clearly, I was entertained. It was cute, sweet, sarcastic and definitely PG-13. Would read this author again!

Funny and clever, this was a really fun read! I loved Lucy and all her little quirks and characteristics. Sally Thorne really brought her to life. The book has laugh-out-loud moments and a charming love story. I definitely recommend it.

Reading this book was like watching a really good romcom! It was so cute, fun, sweet and a little ~steamy~ at times. So so cute! Definitely worth reading!
