This book highlights Hikaru, which is nice because up until now, he was mostly the silent, brooding perfect boy. It also involves talking about censorship within the library itself, and how those who want to censor will go to great lengths to hurt those that don't. Also Iku gets thisclose to finding out who her Prince is, and Dojo still hates that he might be in love with her.
I love this series so much.

Less comedy, romance or fighting than in previous volume, replaced instead with more suspense and intrigue.
The plot focus is heavily on the ethics of censorship and partisan politics within the library system. It does provide more information about how the two government forces can be fighting each other (the Library vs. the pro-censorship faction), which is helpful. We also get more information about Hikaru's brother (is he a total baddie or can he be redeemed? With this series, it's hard to know which direction the author will take things).
Warning: there's a cliffhanger ending involving Iku -- she inadvertently got herself intro trouble that Dojo may not be able to help her out of -- and the next volume isn't going to be released until September! *sob*

New characters are being added and we are learning more about the world and the politics. I like Marie and it’s good to have some rep for people with disabilities. The banter is great as always.
