Honestly one of the best put together books I’ve read in a while about the moon phases and what they can signal in our life. It also includes some ✨spells✨ to do during the moons phases

a beautiful book of basics with useful information as well as glaringly obvious errors. (other reviews explain those things well!) i'm not into annotating books, but i put lots of page flags in this one so i can easily locate things for myself.
if you're looking for spells using herbs, oils, candles, crystals, etc...some of that is here. but if you like using someone else's words to focus your intentions or like to use little mantras and affirmations, this is definitely your book. most of the "spells" are just things to say and don't go too much into prep, opening/closing, centering, etc. so again, if that's your thing, this is your book.
i've been out of the loop with magic(k) books for years, so it'll be a lot of trial and error for me! things that focus on herbs, oils, and just scented things and allergens in general just won't be useful to me. but i'd like to learn more about crystals, tarot, etc. things that don't require an open flame, going out in nature regularly, opening windows to let things out/in (bc it's just pollen to me lol), scented things, anything touching my skin... yeah anything but that is what i'll likely look into.
if you've randomly found my review...hi! if you want to leave me any recommendations, i'd really appreciate it!! if not, hi anyway! i usually read fiction (SFF mainly), but i want to start recording other stuff i read as i delve back into my somewhat slightly magical journey = )
