Wow! what a fantastic ride. Tom Taylor truly is one of the best right now. Each issue he ends leaves me either surprised or jumping with joy. Taylor really knows how to tie in previous x-23 stories into this series. Also the character Gabby maybe Taylor's greatest character. Every time she's on a page, I laugh out loud. 'All-New Wolverine' is a series that surprised me. The first volume was okay but as the series continued, the story got better and better. It's one of those stories that grows on you and never stops. Can't wait to read the next one!

This was amazing. Perfectly paced and brilliantly told.

One of the blank spots in superhero stories that is rarely filled in concerns the collateral damage done, the survivors left by super shenanigans. This whole story is all about that, and it is terrific. Even better, the denouement doesn’t rely on a punchfest but rather Laura using her words to change people’s minds by showing them a different way of looking at the world.

That’s so great, and so rare. I would say that this should be used as the basis of an MCU film, but it was already covered in Captain America: Civil War, and this is an equally terrific rendition of that idea.

(read as single issues)

I just love Laura and Gabby (aka HONEY BADGER) just so much and I like this storyline more than I thought I would (going to Japan and crafting ~mystical soul armor~ is like, not my favorite flavor of Wolverine adventure in general) but I do appreciate the reckoning of grief and the aftermath of violence in away that superhero comics don't always dwell on.

(Read in single issues) This storyline hit every single emotional beat I am looking for from a Laura Kinney comic and had a lot of wolverine extended family characters showing up, so basically I loved it. Taylor balances the heavy emotional story and sometimes brutal events with a lot of funny and touching moments that make this book such a joy to read.

What an epic story this was.

Someone is targeting Daken and we see its the Orphans of X, a group comprised of the victims of the family who these wolverines murdered and they get ahold of the Muramasa blade the one thing that can kill them and its a race against time to meet Muramasa and forge a new armor and its for Laura to save her brother and her friends and maybe in the process face the Orphans of X and rescue them too!

Its a story I think will kinda split the fanbase like some people will like it and the others will hate it but the way we see Laura develop into her own and kinda give solace to other people not by violence but by talking and giving them hope and being compassionate made me love her and in a way it brought the story full circle with her burying her mother and making peace with the victims and all that, so yeah a good story with solid ending. Plus the art was awesome too.

I never would have guessed a Wolverine book could be this entertaining. Filled with new and interesting characters, nuanced discussion of violence and repercussions and a touching amount of family. Really good stuff.
