Wow, this was terrible.
Meet the worst kind of alpha male with deliquent and stalkerish tendencies(But who cares?he is rich, hot , and good in bed) and one of the dumbest and uninteresting female character possible.
Please no.
Penelope, you can do better.

JAXON. JAXON. JAXON. This man is so fine omfg. THE POPSICLE SCENE. The tension and angst was just to die for. 100% my favorite book in the Fall Away series. P DOUG WHY DID YOU STOP PUBLISHING THIS BOOK. Truly was so freaking hard to find a physical copy.

I want to be a mess. For once.

Ok, ok. Did I hate on KC when I read Bully, absolutely, but also it was more a Jared problem than her. I just didn’t know how much I would eventually come to love dear Juliet. Anyway. Jax and Juliet are angsty AF. They are both dealing with drama/abuse from their pasts and being vulnerable with another person without fearing them hurting them too. So it’s a doozy. New adult angst classic with an added dash of trauma. I enjoyed it.

The narration was good, but I do speed it up so I can’t say on regular speed. Listened to this on 1.5-2.0 depending on when/where I was listening. Enjoyed that it was different voices for each POV chapter to chapter.

I think I would like it more if I was younger.

This one, was a great addition to add to the dynamic that has been building over the series. KC was crappy kinda during Bully but when you get that back story and see things play out, it all makes better sense and makes you want good things for her. I have always wanted good things for Jaxon since reading "Until You" cause you get a look at what he had to go through.

This one was steamy as heck, to me. I liked Jax and Juliet. But also they really were annoying at times. I am glad they got a happy ending together and I like them together but reading this one left me worried for Tate and Jared towards the end. So I guess I need to run and read Aflame now.
