Informative and useful advice, but also enough of a memoir to make it more fun to read than most books like this. The research presented helped paint a larger picture.

There were some super relatable moments in this book as parents of an infant. But it did take me awhile to get through it

I felt this was mostly a re-hash of topics already done to death. Nothing really new here. On the bright side, I do appreciate my husband more in comparison to the men in this book, lol!
ETA: Also, having three children under the age of 7 when I read this, I could not relate to her struggles raising a single child. Of course, parenting is hard for everyone, but I would have appreciated more advice for those of us with more than one child.

It wasn't the most incredible book ever, but it got me out of a victim-funk I was putting myself in. So worth a read!
