I ended up having to skim some of this, because... it was kind of boring. The writing was largely sound, and it seems to be setting up for future books which might be more interesting. So... I don't want to be the one to bring down the average too much- I'll give an extra star for potential.

A very interesting murder mystery/who-dunit.  "Interesting" in that I was WAY MORE interested in the main character, Cash, and her day to day life and the people left in the wake of the murders than the actual killings and murderers.  Very much looking forward to reading the other 2 books in this series.
