More science than pop-science, but the coverage in each chapter was sometimes brief to the point of seeming like a People magazine article. Yet, many interesting facts and analysis about how we interpret health, diet and medical information without a real understanding.

Interesting, but the organisation was a mess. I couldn't really concentrate on the actual information this book provided, because I was so annoyed by the structure or lack thereof.

3.75- Essentially a literature review presented through short anecdotes and scientific explanations interspersed with witty remarks. Interesting, important, and intriguing.
