“this…it went beyond love. it was devotion. it was worship. it was the power that began and ended worlds, and if he had to, he would do so in her name.”

theseus can go die in a hole, that is all

This might have been my favorite hades pov book because we see more of his interactions with the other gods. AND because it also had dionysus’ pov too which i was giggling and twirling my hair. Love the sassy lil god of wine <3. Theseus’ pov was interesting but he can fuck off frfr

I an blown away with A game of Gods. Miss St. Clair indeeds a master story teller. Her remake of Greek mythology is perfect. It has it all. The mystery, the romance, the action, and the suspense.

I love everything about this book.

Don’t be like me and read Hades’ pov after finishing Persephone’s. It’s not a good idea and you will feel dumb.

I adore this series as a whole and love the story. It obviously would flow very well if you read them in the order that you are supposed to, and I plan to do so in the future when I do a reread.

That being said, i did really enjoy this book. I didn’t give it a full 5 stars because of the other POV’s that show up with Dionysus and Theseus. I just didn’t love them and it made those parts of the book drag for me personally.

Overall, I’m obsessed with this series and get so upset when I can’t jump into the next book because it’s over :(
