I absolutely adored this book, I love the fact that Hillary & Jesse had decided that they did not want children, yet they were willing to take in GiGi for Margot, and the way in which GiGi affects their lives in such a short period of time, I love it!

I enjoyed this book. Hillary hasn't had the most conventional or warm and loving childhood. Brought up by the housemaid and nurtured by Friends and their family she is now married to Jesse. Their biggest decision - never to have children of their own. Then her debt of friendship is called in. Margot her BFF has postnatal depression and Hillary is left holding the baby - literally. A warm, endearing tale of how a couple with no idea of how to care for a baby start to change through that baby's influence. Lovely quick, entertaining read
