the recommendations are accessible and applicable. some of these i was already doing without realizing it, but this definitely gave me new ideas.

This was filled with examples to make things easier for people with ADHD, but what I found distracting was that the paragraphs were pretty big and I mostly skim-read it all. I got the gist of it, understood the tips, and will try to start implementing them soon. By soon, I really hope I mean 'soon' and not the ADD 'soon' - as in 'never'.

Helpful advise but really repetitive. Not super engaging for a person with adhd.

Eye-opening and helpful! Now I just need to remember all of those helpful tips and remember where I put the book so I can reference it again one day...

a tad outdated... talks a lot about faxing things and women doing housework. a big part of the book is about time management; that part is useful. ADD-friendly formatting with summary statements and highlight points for each chapter makes it easy to skip what doesn't pertain to you.

My son has ADHD and I read this book to get ideas on how to better help him as he transitions to adulthood. The book is definitely more geared towards adulthood, but I think has a lot of great tips that would help anyone who struggles with getting and staying organized.

Hilariously, as this is a book about ADHD, I forgot I took it out of the library and had to return it

Very useful book! Easy to read in small chunks and to put suggested strategies into place as you go along.
