I haven't left a star rating as this was a DNF for me.
The fact that the first 'bedroom' bit for the MC involved a threesome with two women (when its a m/m romance) was a little off-putting. It appears (up until 50% anyway) that men can sleep with whomever they chose, m or f, in any numbers/combinations they please, while all the women are hetero and considered 'ruined' if they have sex before marriage.
Best bit was when the 'trained from a child female bodyguard abandons her 'sworn to protect with her life' Princess because there is a naked male slave in her quarter with a bow around his...
Unfortunately, the sex scenes left me cold, both the m/m and the m/f.
Sad face.
I found I really didn't care how the two got to their HEA so I moved on.
