The text was very very small, but otherwise it gets a thumbs up. Enjoyed the film so was expecting to like it and did. Not the lightest subject matter, and quite detailed historically at times, but it was good.

There are not many words that i could say, the portrait of a reality, the benefits of money and the cruel life of those that need to leave. Recommend for those who seek a home, especially Europeans.

This is a wonderful graphic novel which I enjoyed at so many levels- it's intellectual, informative, funny, heart breaking and endearing. I wish so much it wouldn't end but it did and I'm left with images of Satrapi's illustrations in my mind. She's truly a gem.

So far, I have not been a huge fan of the graphic novel. This was an interesting story, but I never feel like graphic novels flow as smoothly as regular novels. The story is quite sad and ends abruptly.
