Welll helloooo rom com!! Damn did this volume have it all!! Locker slamming scene--Check! Fixing an injury---Check!!! 10 SECONDS!!! That's a double check and something I didn't even know I needed to see and now i have THOUGHTS about how I would like to see this go through!! I was worried when the test results came back!! But now I am just so excited to see how their relationship continues to grow!!!! Just the sweetest of beans!!!

Kagiura is still doing the same shtick. It was interesting for the last 2 volumes, but after a while, he has to accept the rejection. This just feels stubbornly toxic at this point. He can't keep pushing like this. I dislike how this series claims that since Kagiura just kept pushing, Hirano is starting to in. This mindset is just as harmful in queer romance as straight romance, and it needs to stop.

That being said, this volume isn't as bland as the first. Even if it's promoting bad values, at least it's standing for something.

I do feel like the progress has kind of stagnated, rather than feeling like a slow burn with slow progress, it's felt a bit like they've been right on the cusp of making progress for a while, with no real progression. But they are still so cute and I love all of the characters and I'm devastated that there doesn't seem to be any info on when volume 5 will be out
