Great way to systematize behavior especially group behavior. Thoroughly enjoyed this book! Can’t wait to read more of the series.

Typical of how I normally consider nonfiction. This book was interesting, informative and boring all at the same time. I’m a green. If I had a paper copy I’d go back to relook at a few things but it’s not worth my time trying to listen again. Probably not going to buy this one but if I found a used copy I might look a bit. I’d like to find a self assessment tool but the quiz in chapter 20 was more to check understanding than to assess your own character. Disappointing.
