I enjoyed the discussion of the experience of running long distances and fitting it into his busy life. I feel it is universally applicable to many challenges but particularly for the physical. As a fan of his other works it was interesting to learn more about his life and his affinity for long distance running. helped me get out of a similar exercise slump.
