I think this is my favorite in the series so far! I hate to say it, but I’m starting to like Kova

LOVING this series! Going to keep plowing through. I knew something was wrong and what a good middle book. I just love their pull and push towards each other. They're so magnetic. 5 ⭐

•Age Gap
•Forbidden Romance

✦Characters✦
•Adrianna *Ria* Rossi
•Konstantin *Kova* Kournakova

✦Fav Quotes✦
We were so toxic yet so perfect together. I wish he hadn’t gone and screwed it up

Kova was healing my heart and breaking it all at once.

✦Thoughts✦
I’m so addicted to these two and the emotional rollercoaster they have me on. The chokehold these books have in me right now… I’m never recovering.

I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to read this series. I thought what could be so captivating about this world of gymnastics & characters inside? Let me say there’s so much to this series and it has been a roller coaster of different emotions! This book follows Adrianna during much more of her training for the Olympics and her emotional turmoil with the aftermath of all the truths revealed in the last book. This book ends with an emotionally charged whopper of a cliffhanger! You must read!!

“I just want to help you, but what is it that you want?" Looking at him, I went with the truth, even if it hurt both of us. Tears sprung to my eyes. "I just want to remember what it's like to not feel broken."

“Falling in love with my gymnastics coach was the most excruciating form of self-destruction. From here on out, I would only love him in the dark.”

Yes- I am still reading these and still L͟O͟V͟I͟N͟G͟ it. By this point I made it to this book, I have gone through a RIDICULOUS amount of emotions that I did not anticipate. Jesus effing Christ. I don’t know whether I want to punch Kova in the head or just want to swoon at his feet. The thing I love about this series is Lucia literally picks up right where you left off from the last book with no waiting or lead up. This book definitely took a turn that i was kind of expecting but also shook me up a bit and was just devastating. I am really enjoying watching Adrianna grow as a character and who she is becoming. Her dedication to her gymnastics career is unmatched. Ugh I love this series so much and it is quickly cementing itself as one of my favorites so far!!

I did combo listen and read this book. Sarah Puckett truly does a fantastic job with narrating. I felt sucked into the story even more so than I already was!
