What a beautiful book!
At the first pages I was curious if the concept would work, but the art and the tiny bits of story's that might be so huge is so gently tugging me, that I crave more!
A very beautiful piece of art

Noted in deed, in an art journal. Read in order can paint a picture of a dire world and landscape.

"The giant woke after eons a sleep to find a city built upon his back."

"To appease the castle, the queen was for Ed to marry it. Their son ruled for many years."

"One winter it rained for 40 days straight and we all awoke with horns."

It was strangely compelling. I think I would have enjoyed the book but the journal or "notes" was a nice artistic adventure.

WTF. that was weird. and I feel like a hipster would dig it and see things my brain is clearly not wired to see - metaphorically I mean. The art was cool though.

Un diario sobre las ciudades que están en todos lados. Y sobre el regreso a casa. Máscaras y espadas mágicas incluidas.

There's just something about Jeffrey Alan Love's art. This is a fantastic. And the whole narrative flow. It's not really a narrative flow. It's literally the notes a swordsmen took on the Shadowed City. Just fascinating.
