Lots of information to take in, but I found myself zoning out since so much of it felt like preemptively helping your children work through their allergies and what you can do to help them not get allergies in the first place. I found quite a few good resources, but mostly this book felt like the future could be bright...for someone else. I imagine many will read this with greater care and hope, mayhaps much is lost in translation through the audiobook VS cold hard pages of research.
