The font was a bit hard to read, and I didn’t like the art style. The definitions in the beginning stories were a cool literary mechanic, but they stopped being used in the later stories. Also, all the stories were about black men - what about black women and trans/nonbinary people? It was cool to read about these uncelebrated historical figures though, and it definitely provided a good springboard for my own research into them.
