Pedí un buen libro y me dieron esta obra de arte!!!
No hay palabras para describir lo bueno que es, cuanto me gusto, es muy adictivo y atrapante. Perdón Roxyverse pero no pude parar en la meta, me lo tenia que terminar enseguida, necesitaba saber que pasaba.

Es increíble, pero este libro podría ser nuestro futuro, tal vez, King solo se equivoco en las fechas, pero no me asombraría si en 15/25/35 años este libro sea nuestro futuro. Eso es algo que King no deja de asombrarme, como puede escribir sobre temas tan actuales, no importa cuando agarres un libro de el, el tema a tratar siempre es actual, desde el feminismo, las enfermedades, las pandemias, la moralidad, el racismo, y podría seguir. O el Rey es y fue un adelantado a su época, o nosotros no pudimos solucionar los problemas de hace 40 años...

Volviendo al libro, una joya en todo su esplendor. Hay cosas que me hubieran gustado que se profundizaran, pero solo en mi afán de saber, no porque sea realmente necesario, podría incluso ser un cuento, precuela o secuela de la historia, corto solo para volver a entrar en el mundo.

Mmmm....Not my favorite King (Bachman) novel considering what else he was writing at this time. It's odd, because as fast paced as the story is it still manages to be boring. Everything that happens is slightly too convenient and the book is possibly a little...racist. Not overtly, but a little bit of a caricature in my opinion, which may be a token of the time.

Anyway, it was OK. Had to push myself to finish it and it's not a very long novel.

Mr. King depicts some pretty messed up stuff, but regardless this novel was well done. Shocking and gut-wrenching ending, definitely do recommend.
