I remember watching the original movie once and then never again - and I liked it a lot - I put this one on my tbr a while ago because I love a good retelling and I love a good animal movie - this one is still about Dumbo, the elephant that is born in a circus with super large ears that allow him to fly - but I also love that it has a happier ending than the original and that it focuses more on human characters. I actually liked this one a lot and it's a fairly fast read too.
