I started reading this book with a preconceived notion that Niall would be my everything having known him a little already from the Everlake Prep series, and that the additional characters would make for fun alongside my Niall.

I was wrong, so very, very wrong.

Enter Brooklyn.

This girl is EV-ERY-THING!

Reading along and seeing how the thoughts play out in her head is ridiculously entertaining, plus I enjoy the banter back and forth between her and Niall also.

The introduction of Mateo is a very welcome one, I can't forget him, but neither of the men hold a torch to the main star, Brooklyn!

Wild ride ☺️

This book was something else! Brooklyn and her men really grew on me! I didn't realize from KOQ that Niall was such a snack

crazy loves crazy

I am not going to lie here... This book has to be one of the best from these two authors I have read this far.

6/5 stars from me. Seriously.
This was maybe 2/5 chili peppers though, but the moments fit so perfectly within the story.

If you like crazy, feel crazy sometimes, maybe crazy resonate with you, and/or maybe wish you were unhinged enough to let some crazy out then you’re going to LOVE this book.

I never wanted to stop reading Brooklyn, Niall and Mateo’s words. I truly enjoyed each point of view and was very excited for the addition of Jack at the end.

These crazy, beautifully written characters have to be my new favorites!

I loved Niall from KoQ, but honestly we didn’t get to see enough. Now I feel like I could never stop reading from his PoV and about him.

Brooklyn, she was beautiful, unhinged, blood thirsty queen from when she was introduced in KoQ. I wanted more and I am so happy she got her story.

Mateo was a lovely addition and I am very excited he’s finally be let lose on the world.

Book 2 better not break my heart… but maybe only in the best of ways, as these authors are capable of doing.

Still processing how I feel about this book.
Can't decide if I want to rate it a 3 or a 4 star.

The FMC is called Brooklyn (with a B) and she was always a bit odd and had psycho tendencies. she killed some classmates as they tried to rape her nd for that she got sent to a insane assylim. they were horrible to her there so she ran off. after living under a bridge for 6 months, she got picked up by human trafficers and sold. the people that bought her put her in the death games as a proxi. she won and Nile saw her being brutal and bought her. He brought her home and threw her in the basement with his other prisoner that he had been torturing for months. The other prisoner is called Matheo. Brooklyn wants to become a better killer so nile decides to teach her. Overall this book is pretty good and I enjoyed it. There where twists that I did not see coming but since most of the events happen at the house, it gets a little bit boring. I did enjoy all the refrences to the other series and it was fun to listen to absolute psychos.
