A very deep and personal memoir of a celebrity couple's toxic relationship, the fall out and how Rebecca journeyed to find her self worth.

Rebecca explores a question that so many coming out of abusive relationships are asked, and takes the reader through that relationship and how manipulated she was throughout it.

Wonderful amazing beautiful. This book perfectly captures insidious abuse as it grows throughout a relationship and the healing process and self discovery following its collapse.

The most accurate deduction of a toxic relationship I've ever read. Inspiring with a heartwarming ending. Rambled a bit in parts but not in an off putting way.

This was a really interesting memoir. It was funny, sharp and moving and I liked Humphries' writing a lot. I thought the structure was very effective in conveying her insights into toxic relationships and recovery, as the narrative jumps back and forward in time, with alternating chapters focusing on why she stayed or why she left. The second half felt a little slow to me but was still engaging and this will be such a valuable book for readers who directly relate to her experiences.
