Solid 4 stars. FMC and MMC were likable, this was just so funny and cute. I never love a miscommunication trope but this was a little different and I’m willing to overlook it. I didn’t like the last chapter and the epilogue was meh, but overall the writing was good, this was a fun read!

This one's a slow burn for sure. But the kind of slow burn that i can take. This is also a fast read for me.
Been loving sports romance lately. Zoe and Dylan are a perfect match. I actually like that both of the characters aren't stereotypical, even tho Dylan is obviously considered as a jock and Zoe as no one (or lowkey).
A few other conflicts in this book were addressed, i liked that there's a touch of sensitive topic and a kind of scandalous one. But the romance kind of pulled it off together for me. Love it.

Considering this took a few years to progress I think it qualifies as slow burn lol. It was cute and quirky and I really enjoyed the read.
