My final book of the year (2023) and I could not put it down!
The journey we go on with Meredith, Nina, and Anya is challenging and inspiring. Anya weaves a tale from her past that will leave you refusing to walk away. As her daughters learn that their childhood bedtime stories were more than just stories they see their mother in a new light and family and love take on new meanings.
Strongly recommend!

4.75
Kristin Hannah can do no wrong. Her characters are fully formed and emotionally deep. The stories they tell are powerful, meaningful, and emotional. 4.75 only because it took me a while to get into. Once the mom’s story was being fully told, I was hooked. Highly recommend.
