This collection was just okay for me. This is the thing about a short story collection: some stories wow you, others leave you annoyed/frustrated, and then you take the average. The first few stories were really good. But then I lost interest and was bothered by the number of short stories written by women that center on infidelity. I also had this issue with Seasonal Work by Laura Lipman.

oh she has done it again. this book was lovely and amazing and awesome and i am already missing all of the characters we got to know through these short stories.

A charming battery of stories of all different moods. I really enjoyed the sheer normal, messy humanity of it. I was charmed for almost all the stories. Would read more by this author.
