I must be having a thing for "characters that are completely nuanced and surprising", because I am, yet again, loving a book primarily because of my feelings about characters changing every few chapters.
This book was much more emotionally jarring than her previous two -- well done! No relationship was without dark and bright points (not even ones that could categorically belong in one or the other). I found myself anticipating the moments the characters' paths' intersected, and wishing they did so more often. Ultimately, a really great installment in this series.
