A solid 2.75 or a low 3.0

This was a suspenseful story due to going back & forth from present to future with an unreliable narrator. Yet, it takes awhile for the “game” to begin and the ending was not doing it for me.

It was decent, I did get it because of comparisons to The Secret History and I still like TSH better. But this was fine! Kept me guessing a decent amount but I didn't really care about the characters
