I really enjoyed this book. The tone is both eerie and at times darkly amusing. The delivery is so deadpan and perfect.

fun and quick halloween read
an offbeat, slow - burn thriller exploring loneliness and mania.

this story evaluates whether it’s better to be inconspicuous or infamous, or neither at all.
it’s quirky and eccentric and definitely picks up at the end, me and my sister both felt so uneasy in the last few pages lol

the color theory integrated throughout is clever, as both the skirt woman and the cardigan woman are the same yet perceived so differently by their social groups.

This book is like watching a trainwreck in slow motion. It also feels like secondhand stalking. A short yet fascinating read that makes a jab at how the society functions, with an open ending that leaves things to your own interpretation.

Very short odd book but surprisingly riveting and unsettling in its simplicity
