Okay, I was curious about the Young Avengers, given that it seems very likely that they could make an MCU appearance sometime in the future. And this series was recommend in a list, so it seemed like it was right up my alley! I am so happy to say it didn't disappoint. While yes, as true to any Marvel series, there were things I didn't get because I didn't read all the possible issues leading up to this. But I loved the characters, and seriously hope they get some screen time. I would totally watch it!
Graphic: Body horror, Emotional abuse, and Suicidal thoughts
Moderate: Violence, Blood, and Suicide attempt

okay let me preface this by saying i am a MASSIVE young avengers fan. like my twitter handle is literally @kaplanaItman level fan. i have vol 1, empyre, and west coast avengers sitting on my shelf rn. i am in love with these kids i would do anything for them.
and this was…….. hm. it did all of them so dirty. the plot is meh, the art is bad (except noh-varr looks REALLY good here for some reason. i think it’s impossible for him to look bad), half of the og members are missing…… only redeemable part for me is my hot sexy dumb ass space boyfriend noh-varr god i love him. everything else can go

Moderate: Suicide attempt
on the second page of issue #5 billy kaplan (aka wiccan) contemplates committing suicide. they show him holding a gun under his chin. he doesn’t go through with it though, someone stops him
