the final monologue where he’s going to the part of hell for sons who didn’t love their mother enough was stunning and ofc it’s just like that sometimes. i think it works better as a script than onstage but that’s what i think of most plays nowadays

Far more accessible, but not nearly as trippy, nor as funny, as his play [b:Judy|30980995|Judy|Max Posner|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1539932597l/30980995._SX50_.jpg|51603247], as the guardian/caretaker of a 97 year old mum, this hit a little TOO close to home. Thankfully, mine is not QUITE as irritating as Ida, and hopefully I am a bit more understanding than Jacob.
