Much more action packed than the previous installments! I did however, miss the storytelling outline of the previous books, but I still loved this one. I’m excited to continue on with this series!

While this isn’t my fave of the Singing Hills Books, I really liked this. It was lyrical and cozy despite having some dark parts regarding the stories Chih collects and encounters. I think this novella is more about the art and importance of storytelling and how this  Influences current events,  and is influenced by history.
