Random thoughts about book. Full review @ Book 5
-She's a wimp, but I guess we all start somewhere.
-Vhaldrik is so precious in the book. The beginning of a relationship is always a great experience!
-I mean he did kinda push her off the roof, so I'm still iffy about him, but he seems genuinely apologetic.
-I squeed pretty hard when Vhalla picks the black dress.
-The part where she gets abused in the jail was painful to read.
-I was a little surprised that the book ended where it did. I think I was used to reading long books with multiple story arcs that this one felt really short.

Didn’t like the fact that before we know anything about the female main character’s personality, we’re being told she’s in love with a prince who she has met briefly once. Can female characters not be more than a love interest? Especially when it’s supposed to be their story.
