Hell, no.

4.5 stars, but I marked it as 5 because only had one flaw

I really enjoyed His Banana (that sounds so bad.) This enemies to lovers romance was sweet & steamy. The main characters were likable & you could see positive character development as time went by. The romance was a little fast, but worked well into the plot. The only negative was that the editor appeared to have left for their own banana in the middle of the book. For about 30-40 pages the editing went south. It was just for those pages, though. It got better at the end of the book. Weird. All in all, I loved this story.

If this were a movie... Sandra Bullock would be playing the lead. It's filled with lots of physical comedy, as the Heroine is a bit accident prone. Right up Sandra's alley. ;) It's a cute and fun story about a reporter sent undercover to dig up dirt on the boss of a high profile company. The handsome and wealthy boss. Of course, being her clumsy self, she just about screwed her once chance to get into the company. (And it had everything to do with his banana.) Instead of sending her on her way, he practically dares her to stay. There is the insta-attraction, but doesn't go any further than that for awhile. Eventually they give in to their desires, but there is still the secret she is keeping from him (her real job,) that threatens their relationship. She is fun and quick witted and gives him as much crap as he gives her. He is a bit OCD and set in his ways and she's having fun trying to break him down. He gives off a cold air but if you look deep enough, he has a sweetness about him (which he tries to hide from her.) There are no real big twists to the story. They do have the big break up before the final grand gesture (as so many romances have.) It's a light read. No extreme emotions at play. Plenty of laugh out loud moments. There were a couple little things that I wished were played out more though. The 'dirt' she was trying uncover, for one thing. It was a bit anticlimactic. Other than a few instances like that, it was well written. Easy to read. There is some sexual content and sexual innuendos throughout the book. Although the sex scenes were limited, they were still graphic enough to warrant a 'For Mature Readers' label.
