I really loved the story. Remi and Brick’s relationship was so real and raw.
The spice was so good.
But oh my, all I could think is that this book had been so much better if it was written differently. It should have been written by dual pov, from Remi and Brick’s perspective. Oh that would have made this book *chefs kiss*

I adored this book. Lucy Score can do no wrong in my opinion. She built such a great world with this book. I loved every darn thing about this little island! I loved all the residents of the island and loooooved Remi and Brick. Score included so many quarks for the characters which made it all even more enjoyable. Warning - ridiculously steamy!

This one was just not for me. After TWNGO & TWHFTL I was so excited to read more from Lucy Score and have had this one on my KU for agessss but I was so dissatisfied. I loved Remi and how she was portrayed as a different female lead, not just the perfect woman who has everything in order. I also adored her family, as well as some of the other characters and loved seeing them grow and have a happy ending but then we have Brick…
