This was a cute book. We have Annie, the small town florist who is the innocent, virginal, sweet town angel and Will the tattoo wearing, player, body guard to Annie’s future popstar sister in law.

Annie can’t get a date or keep a man to save herself so of course her sister in law decides Will on his down time should teach her how to be a good date. (Because of course that’s the first thing you think of when your SIL is single).

Therefore we dive into a duel point of view, small town, fake dating romance. This was everything it promised to be. We have the quirky, nosy town people, the Insta lust/love couple too afraid to admit what they really feel and best of all multiple mentions of pirate romance novels (yes you read that correctly).

Will you guess everything that will happen (nearly yes) will you giggle at moments (yes again) we aren’t going for Pulitzer here peeps. It’s not exactly closed door romance. Maybe more behind the curtain lol but if you want a fun little romance then I recommend you give it a go.

This was adorable. Such a good modern romance where the love interests are both so respectful towards one another and there aren't any miscommunications.

I loved this book and the climax wasn’t an unexpected or forced breakup so that’s a bonus! I will say there were a few reparative moments. The MC mentions being really close to Amelia more than her sisters three times in the beginning of the book at I was thinking I accidentally reworded my audiobook.

Otherwise I loved the plot and adored the MCs as well as the side characters.

Just lovely! Such a fun plot, with lovable characters that I couldn't help swooning over. I flew through the pages and overall had a great time. I also really appreciated the communication between the main characters and the way their relationship developed naturally for the characters — if a bit insta-lovey and "let's get married" too early, which is one of my movie pet peeves even if it doesn't crop up as much in books. Yet something tells me I won't remember it in a few weeks… which is sad, because it  had favorite potential. Still, I have nothing negative to say — I definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed this book. I was worried I would not like the fmc because of what we knew about her in the previous book, but turns out there was more to her than what people saw. I liked seeing her push herself out of her comfort zone and start living the life she wanted. I’m glad she was finally able to show her family (and the town) who she really is. The mmc frustrated me at times but he got there in the end. For a closed door book, there sure was a lot of chemistry between the MCs. I’m looking forward to the reading the rest of the siblings’ books.

My favorite by Sarah Adams so far! I loved Annie and as a soft, introverted social anxiety girlie myself, I totally related to her struggles. Will made my heart melt for so many reasons, and I loved watching how he slowly but surely let himself fall for Annie. The growth both characters went through was so heartfelt and compelling, and i loved reading every second of it.
