There are problems with this book. First, the amount of times the authors stated her womb was clenching, her stomach was clenching, something was always frickin clenching... God, ya'll, get another verb. This is why they created a thesaurus! Second, three times, she tried to throw herself off something- a cliff and two walls. For fuck sake, make the character do something else! Stabbing, poison, sing the Star Spangled Banner....whatever....do something different....Third, the first 100 pages is pure smut (not that I'm complaining), but it takes awhile for the actual story to start.
So after all that, I did actually like this and immediately started the next book. I really hope they don't spend the ENTIRE time fighting, but I guess I will see. This has potential, it just needed better editing.

I am...intrigued.
Raw, primal, and a bit outlandish...but it worked. Kind of.

I love omegaverse books and this one is fantastic. Hot, with heart and conflict that keeps you reading. Can't believe I haven't read her stuff before but will definitely be devouring everything by her!

A lot of sexy scenes trickled in with a bit a plot, but something I’ve come to expect with “alpha/omega” books. I thought it was well done overall. Steamy scale 3.5 of 5 (Audible)
