This is a great book! Kate and the kids find a home they both always wanted and for me the books ends a little sad but I can't wait to read book two. Action and love and so much more in this book. I love finding out all the "gifts" everyone has. This book reminds me of the new TV show "The Gifted". Great book and I will read book 2 soon!

Received a copy for my honest opinion.
Great story line. Kate is a guidance counselor who has always just seemed to know what emotions people are feeling and what needs to be done to help them.
Having been adopted herself, when a friend asks for her help with 3 foster kids she can't say no. But she soon realizes that the kids and even herself have more in common than what they thought.
Great concept. Good chemistry between all of the characters. Can't wait to read the next book in the series.
