Short and sweet. A lovely tale to curl up with. The main attraction is, of course, the vibrant quality of the illustrations which perfectly capture the lush feel of the jungle. A feast for the eyes.

This was cute but I like her other book with the fox the most. The art style and writing style are both very nice. This is such a art piece. Would recommend to read them all

I adore the illustrations of all Coralie’s books but I just sadly find the storytelling lacking, this is no different unfortunately. 5* for the illustrations though.

A book filled with beautiful illustrations and a beautiful story.

Text moves around the tree as the songs of the animals weave around the tree.
A simple, almost retro feel book about the jungle.

5/5 stars for the gorgeous artwork, but the story just didn’t resonate with me as much as The Fox and The Star. That might just be personal preference though!
