read the trigger warnings.. it’s a good book, but it can be really hard to read, so don’t force yourself through it.
It has hills and valleys, and more of one than another, but it made me love the characters. It’s long, but i think it’s not too long. fitting.

This book was a hard read. I kept thinking "surely it can't get worse" and somehow I was always proven wrong. that being said, it was also beautifully written and amazing despite being heartbreaking

It's the best book I've read in a very very long time. Devistating, but worth it.

Well-written, engaging, characters very realistic and three-dimensional.
The amount of trauma Jude experienced and the way it was described felt honestly unnecessary at times. The incredible success of each of the four original men also read as a bit unrealistic.
